I like your kraken pics. You should do an on-line picture book about it.
It's a good idea, but it would be quite a short story: lunch detected, caught and eaten. Or maybe I should introduce a hero?! ;-)

Maybe you could have one of your other little characters cross the sea in a boat and have them meet different creatures and characters along the way. just a thought.
