I don't know when were you born but I grew up watching the 80's cartoons and a lot of them were szechoslovakian :)Your style just reminds me of cartoons of those days-they were great! Like this one:

And many more I can't even find on you tube and I was too little to remember the name. There was one with a cute little dog also...Lol Hope I amused you in the least! :)

I was born in '78 so we have the same TV cartoon "base". And of course I know these series, they're brilliant! One of my very favourite ones was this one:

This would definitely be a dream job!

Oh yes and yes...I remember those! Thank you! I loved growing up watching these cartoons amongst others :) I was born at the very begining of '82 so you're actually older than me, so there you go!
Oh and about my 2012 Cjildren's calendar-I was planning on doing another one for 2013 if I'll have enough time to work on them. :)

Yes, the cartoons were really great. I was lucky enough to be able to help a bit (just a plain colouring, it didn't have to do anything with art) in the cartoon studio in Prague when I was 18 and it was my best (part time) job ever. I loved it, the place has such a great atmosphere!

I hope you'll have time to make the calendar for 2013, I'd love to be the first one buying it! :-)

Oh, wow! That's awesome! What a great experience...I always wanted to work in animation, maybe one day :)

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
The bad thing is, I was so stupid back then, that I didn't start to draw more or anything... and I let my "illustration dream" fall asleep :-(
